CRC Corporate Structure

CRC is governed by a Management Board comprising of four Non-Executive Directors and the Chairman/Chief Executive. Each Director brings their expertise to the organisation in the field of their specialisation, such as Finance, Regulatory Compliance and Law.

The Board oversees the activities of CRC and its three specialised subsidiaries based in UK,  the Middle East (UAE) and Africa (Mauritius).

Board members are also involved in various projects and programmes of CRC and they also sit on sub-committees with other non-board Directors.

CRC opens an office in the Middle East

CRC - The Compliance Experts has appointed Dr Heba Shahein, a former Law Lecturer at King’s College London, as its new Non-Executive Director to oversee its Middle East operations. In addition to regulatory compliance, CRC’s professional licensed services for the Middle East include project management services, cost control, risk management and facilities resource planning consultancy.

The CRC regional office for the Middle East is based and incorporated in Dubai where several potential clients ranging from oil companies, property development and management, to Government and financial services are targeted. Our resident manager, Ms Raggia Elbebawi who is in charge of the operational functions, will support Dr Shahein in her new tasks.

CRC already has its footprints in Africa when it started its regional expansion last December with the opening of an office in Mauritius to serve as a hub for Africa, offering training in compliance and risk. Various sectors are targeted such as banks, insurance companies, government services and other regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, transportation, renewable energy and health services.
